• $445.00  Payable to Men's Mountain Classic

• No entries will be accepted without a completed entry form and payment.

INCLUDES:

• Three rounds of golf at Trickle Creek.

• Golf Cart for three rounds.

• Friday night dinner at Stemwinder's.

• Saturday night banquet & prize presentation at Stemwinders's.

FIELD LIMIT:
